Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances

Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds to identify and address maintenance issues

Assist with cleaning and restoring spaces to their original condition after renovations or repairs

Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and resolve maintenance-related issues

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
