Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems for data center projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that mission-critical facilities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure efficient execution of electrical work.
  • Review and approve design changes, shop drawings, and submittals related to electrical systems.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
