Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to build a real estate career by starting as a Showing Agent with a top producing team while earning rewarding commissions and gaining experience in the field. This is a strong fit for someone who wants hands on experience and is ready to learn the business from the ground up with structure and consistency.
You will learn to support experienced Buyer Agents by touring homes with clients, assisting with open houses, and helping guide buyers through the early stages of the purchase process. You will learn to manage appointments, communicate clearly, and deliver a strong client experience while developing the daily habits that lead to long term success in real estate.
You will be part of a system that emphasizes daily mentorship, step by step coaching, and proven processes that create consistency. You will continue building confidence and momentum while developing toward a Buyer Agent position over time.

Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Real estate license required
