Lead the design and deployment of agentic, LLM-powered AI systems for a large Telecom enterprise client — integrating GCP-based Gen AI solutions (Gemini, Vertex AI) with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Netcracker, and SAP to automate customer support and field operations.

Key Responsibilities
\n

<li>Architect multi-agent AI systems and prompt engineering frameworks (system prompts, few-shot templates, guardrails)</li>
\n
<li>Build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs with enterprise CRM/ITSM platforms</li>
\n
<li>Design conversational agents using Dialogflow/Gemini</li>
\n
<li>Deploy AI microservices via GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud SQL</li>
\n
<li>Mentor AI/ML engineers; build reusable architecture patterns</li>
\n</ul>

Must-Haves
