- Strong experience in Actimize IFM solutions, including customized AIS and RCM components.
- Proficiency in custom profiles, AIS/RCM plugins, and RCM objects.
- Hands-on experience with ActOne and IFM-X installation, configuration, coding, upgrades, and profile migrations.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Rally, and release management.
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate across multiple teams, and work closely with business stakeholders.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
