Job Description
· Oversee and manage three large-scale Mechanical HVAC construction projects valued between $30 million and $40 million each, totaling approximately $120 million in project responsibility
· Manage all facets of project delivery at a senior level, encompassing time, scope, budget, and quality milestones
· Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction management
· Engineering Degree preferred (ENG DEG)
