Regional Maintenance Director

As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities in the region. Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations for multiple facilities in the region, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are functioning properly and efficiently.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed timely, accurately, and safely.

Budget Management: Develop, implement, and manage maintenance budgets for the region, ensuring that expenses are in line with budgetary guidelines.

Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance work meets quality control standards, and take corrective action as necessary to prevent reoccurring issues.

Safety and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce safety protocols and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the maintenance team, facilities management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on maintenance-related issues.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field

Proven track record of success in maintenance operations management
