Responsibilities

The Director of Digital Commerce & Customer Platforms is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for KeHE's B2B digital ecosystem, including leading the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of a new enterprise B2B eCommerce platform. This role will serve as the business leader and executive sponsor for the transformation of KeHE's digital ordering and fulfillment capabilities, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives, customer needs, supplier expectations, and operational requirements. Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field required.
MBA or advanced degree.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, sales, commercial strategy, program management, or related business functions.
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Proven experience leading enterprise-level technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience evaluating and implementing B2B eCommerce, order management, marketplace, or customer-facing technology platforms preferred.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
Experience within distribution, wholesale, retail, supply chain, or CPG environments preferred.
