Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT leader to guide enterprise initiatives across AI analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, and system integration in Anaheim, California. This role will shape how advanced analytics and AI capabilities support retail decision-making, customer experience, and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, strategic leadership, and the ability to turn complex data and integration needs into scalable business solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the enterprise strategy for AI analytics, reporting, data modeling, warehousing, and systems integration, aligning priorities with business goals and measurable value.
• Identify and prioritize AI and analytics initiatives by balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Build a strong data foundation for machine learning and generative AI by advancing data quality, feature pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation support, and scalable storage approaches.
• Establish governance standards for responsible AI use, including oversight of model performance, bias monitoring, privacy protections, security controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct the delivery of enterprise business intelligence and integration solutions that enable dependable reporting and support AI-driven insights across the organization.
• Oversee integrations among core enterprise platforms, including Microsoft D365, Manhattan systems, and Mulesoft, to ensure reliable data movement for analytics and AI workloads.
• Manage and optimize the Snowflake data environment and MicroStrategy platform to maintain performance, scalability, and data governance as adoption expands.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to support major transformation efforts involving merchandising, retail operations, and financial systems while maintaining alignment with data and AI strategy.
• Evaluate external AI technologies and vendor partners to confirm they meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, architecture, and integration.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI professionals, analysts, and integration engineers while strengthening data and AI capabilities across the function.• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, and analytics, including 5 or more years leading AI or machine learning initiatives.
• Prior experience within the retail industry is required.
• Demonstrated success deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in enterprise production environments, including MLOps practices.
• Advanced expertise with MicroStrategy and practical hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, data privacy, and compliance considerations tied to AI-enabled systems.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI architecture solutions that improve business performance and innovation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex cross-functional programs and technology initiatives.
