Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Cable Technician to support a leading technology client at their facility in South Carolina. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to launch or grow their career in data center and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Pull and route cables throughout the facility ensuring proper placement and secure connections
- Assemble and install network racks, panels, and related hardware according to layout specifications
- Assist with general construction-related technical tasks including equipment setup, material handling, and site preparation
- Follow OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines including PPE requirements and metal detector checks
- Work closely with supervisors and technicians to meet daily production goals and maintain project timelines
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification (Construction — General does not qualify)
- 0–1 year of technical experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lift Certification or experience operating a Manlift
- Prior data center or cable installation experience
