We have an immediate opening for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician who is a versatile skilled professional responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and improvement of machinery, equipment, and facilities across multiple trades, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Core Responsibilities
Preventive Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled, predictive, and corrective
maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and
other facility systems.
Troubleshooting Repairs: Diagnose faults, repair or replace components, and
implement corrective actions for production, facility, and equipment failures.
Installation Modification: Assemble, install, and maintain machinery and equipment
according to blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and operational
equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA, HAZMAT, and company safety policies; ensure safe
work practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, inventory, and
work order updates.
Support Communication: Respond promptly to breakdowns, coordinate with
production staff, and communicate progress or delays.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical, robotics, plc, robotic, mechanical, hydraulic,
pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic welding.
Analytical Ability: Can read and interpret schematics, block diagrams, and flow charts.
Tools & Equipment: Skilled in safe operation of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic
equipment, lifts, and other maintenance tools.
Experience: 3–5+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or facility maintenance.
Certifications: OSHA awareness, HAZMAT knowledge, PLC and robotics troubleshooting
experience are advantageous
