Facilities Maintenance Technician II
Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT & Saturdays as needed)
Type: 3+ Month Contract (Potential for extension/conversion)
Overview
Seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician II to handle daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across commercial electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at a corporate campus in Pleasanton, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, MEP, and material handling equipment (MHE).
- CMMS Documentation: Log work orders, routine PMs, and inventory using Corrigo.
- Vendor Management: Monitor contractor work and assist with Statements of Work (SOW).
- General Facility Upkeep: Handle minor plumbing, electrical, structural, and building surface repairs.
- Emergency Response: Respond to off-duty call-outs for critical system or safety issues.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience or trade vocational training (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV record required (will operate company vehicles).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics/blueprints; comfortable using CMMS software and MS Office.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
