You'll spend your days in the field meeting homeowners, inspecting properties, identifying pest concerns, explaining recommended solutions, and helping customers find the right services for their homes.This is not a desk job or a traditional pest control technician position. You'll work independently in the field and have access to company-driven sales opportunities, while also having the ability to increase your opportunities through referrals, prospecting, customer relationships, and needs you identify in the field.You don't need previous pest control experience to be successful. If you bring a strong work ethic, people skills, and the drive to succeed, we'll provide the training and tools to help you learn the pest control side of the business.Compensation & Earning Potential$90,000–$140,000+ Estimated Annual Earning PotentialThis is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped commission opportunities. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed.New hires receive guaranteed base pay during their first four months of employment while completing training, developing their inspection and sales skills, and building their sales pipeline.You'll have the opportunity to close company-driven sales opportunities while also increasing your earning potential by generating additional business of your own.Additional bonuses and incentive opportunities may also be available based on performance and applicable program requirements.What You'll DoA typical day may include:Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer appointmentsWork company-driven sales opportunitiesPerform detailed pest inspections at residential propertiesIdentify pest activity, entry points, damage, and other areas of concernInspect attics, crawl spaces, garages, home exteriors, and other applicable areasClearly explain inspection findings to homeownersEducate customers on available pest control services and solutionsRecommend customized solutions based on inspection findings and customer needsPresent pricing and confidently ask for the saleGenerate additional sales opportunities through referrals, prospecting, customer relationships, and opportunities identified in the fieldFollow up on open sales opportunitiesBuild strong customer relationships that support repeat business
