Lead the lease-up of a brand-new senior community in Hudson, FL.

Ekos at Bayonet Point is a new 114-unit affordable apartment community for seniors (62+) in Hudson, Florida. We are in active lease-up and looking for a Property Manager to lead the team, fill the community, and create a welcoming home for our residents.

\n
Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Lead daily operations: leasing, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and curb appeal.
- Drive lease-up: meet weekly targets for leads, tours, applications, and move-ins, and report results by source.
- Manage LIHTC/FHFC compliance: income certifications, move-in files, recertifications, and set-aside tracking (30%/40%/60% AMI), working with the compliance team.
- Build referral partnerships with senior service agencies, housing authorities, churches, and community groups. Represent the community at outreach events and open houses.
- Manage the property budget, track expenses, and prepare monthly variance commentary.
- Coach the leasing team on the full sales process: qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow-up.
- Keep online listings, specials, and marketing accurate and consistent.
- Follow Fair Housing, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience. Affordable housing (LIHTC) and lease-up experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of income certification, HUD/LIHTC compliance, and Fair Housing.
- Experience with Yasrdi, RealPage OneSite, or similar property management software.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. COS, TCS, or CAM credential a plus.

Compensation and benefits:
