Job Description
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and safety of residential building systems through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. Working independently, this role involves servicing a variety of mixed systems and maintaining facility upkeep with occasional local travel during day shifts.
Responsibilities

<li>Perform preventive maintenance on residential building systems</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures</li>
<li>Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies</li>
<li>Maintain clean and functional facility environments</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs</li>
<li>Maintain and service tools and equipment</li>
<li>Conduct system testing to diagnose issues</li>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>1+ years of maintenance experience</li>
