Home Care Scheduling CoordinatorRight at Home – East Memphis is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining strong communication with staff and clients, and supporting daily office operations.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Participation in an evening and weekend on-call rotation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience in Home Health or Home Care
- Experience working with EVV or home care scheduling systems (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure adequate staffing and continuity of care.
- Monitor and maintain EVV compliance, including reviewing visit records, resolving exceptions, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Verify caregiver time records and process payroll-related corrections.
- Respond to call-offs, fill open shifts, and communicate schedule changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
- Assist with new hire orientation, training, and employee documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure quality service.
- Participate in the evening and weekend on-call rotation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills
- Home care or home health scheduling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with exceptional people skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid and home care regulations is a plus
