Must Haves:
- 1+ years in enterprise desktop support

- Troubleshooting skills with monitors, desktops, printers, devices, wire management
- Experience with imaging and domaining hardware
- Basic knowledge of Windows systems and active directory
- A very basic understanding of Excel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Soft skills - detail oriented, can hold a conversation well, great customer service, and presents themselves well
- Ability to pass a 12-pannel drug test, which includes marijuana
Plusses:
- NECM or SCCM or Intune
- Familiar with HP desktops and laptops
- Windows 11 experience
