Job Description Boarhog will hire qualified Application Systems Integration (ASI) Programmatic Assessors (PAs) as valued members of the team responsible for completing the programmatic and fielding portions of the Risk Assessment in support of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC) Pacific Transport and Computing Infrastructure (TCI) Portfolio that requires networking, communication, and computer systems, and associated certification and information assurance for the development, current operations and planned upgrades for the Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES) Program. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with the other Solution Team members for the completion of the risk and updating the Service Request Forms (SRF).
  • Present programmatic analysis and recommendations to the ASI IPT / CRB.
  • Coordinate/conduct the programmatic analysis for all applications/systems to include gathering information on accreditation, CANES fielding plans, and test events
  • Must be ASI process SME providing updates/improvements to process/technical requirement collection documentation
  • Validate application/system programmatic and fielding requirements
  • Compare application/system fielding plans to currently fielded tactical network variants to assist in determining the ASI processing path(s). PAs will use knowledge of fielded variants by ship class and name to assist in this assessment.
  • Be able to liaise with assessment engineers for completion of risk assessment and provide programmatic recommendations to both PMW 110 management and application on how best to test and field updated requirements
  • First point of contact between application and ASI team to schedule risk assessment meetings and updates prior to CRB

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, Systems Engineering, etc. EXPERIENCE:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in Navy program analysis
  • Deep knowledge of CMPro to include ASI process workflow

ADDITIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Must possess a DoD Secret Clearance
  • Preference is given to candidates who reside in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) as determined by the Small Business Administration (see SBA website)
