What You'll Be Doing:

  • Program Data Management: Organize and maintain program assets, including reports, briefings, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Data Dissemination & Tracking: Manage the intake, routing, tracking, and archival of MDA development data.
  • Collaboration Tools Administration: Serve as the lead administrator for the program’s Integrated Data Environment (IDE), managing MDA SharePoint sites and shared data repositories.
  • Milestone Review Support: Facilitate major program reviews by coordinating logistics, compiling briefing decks, tracking objective evidence, and recording action items.
  • Contract Data Deliverables (CDRLs): Oversee the end-to-end CDRL lifecycle, including receipt, tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional distribution.
  • Configuration Control Boards (CCB): Support prime contractor CCB activities by logging change requests, preparing supporting data packages, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain the Lessons Learned database, overseeing the drafting, coordination, archival, and distribution of findings across government and industry stakeholder

Requirements:

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required, with active DoD Security Clearance.??
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of data/configuration management experience supporting missile defense or large-scale, complex DoD programs.
  • Configuration Control: Proven background establishing and maintaining strict configuration-controlled environments.
  • Technical Review: Ability to review systems engineering documentation to verify accuracy and alignment with program specifications.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience delivering structured, audience-tailored presentations and reports.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Familiarity with MDA and System Engineering processes.
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Windchill, SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, Jira, DOORS, Cameo, and Git.
  • Experience applying AI/ML tools to enhance data analytics, workflow automation, and process improvement.
