We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Consultant to support implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives for Epicor Kinetic ERP environments. This role will focus heavily on system configuration, customization, and user adoption, with a strong emphasis on Application Studio development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical and functional expertise and have proven experience delivering successful Epicor Kinetic projects.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades across multiple business units.
- Design, develop, and maintain Application Studio customizations, including dashboards, layers, and UI enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Configure and optimize Epicor modules to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Provide system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project and post-go-live phases.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for end users.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
- Assist with system performance tuning and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP
- Proven experience with Application Studio (Required)
- Demonstrated success supporting Epicor Kinetic implementations and/or upgrades
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and deployment
- Understanding of Epicor architecture, business objects, and customization tools
- Experience with BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reporting
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain environments
- Knowledge of REST services, integrations, or middleware tools
- Experience with Data Management Tool (DMT) and data conversions
- Familiarity with Epicor cloud environments
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience

Travel Requirements
