Required Qualifications:
\n
• 6 to 7+ years of hands-on network support or network technician experience.
\n
• CCNA certification required.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
\n
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing and switching concepts.
\n
• Experience troubleshooting physical and logical network connectivity.
\n
• Experience with network cabling, patch panels, rack-and-stack, and network hardware installation.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on technical support.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Provide hands-on onsite support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
\n
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment.
\n
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and network connectivity issues.
\n
• Perform switch configuration, port configuration, VLAN changes, and network troubleshooting.
\n
• Support Cisco networking equipment in an enterprise environment.
\n
• Perform network cabling, patching, rack-and-stack, equipment replacement, and hardware troubleshooting.
\n
• Troubleshoot network outages and escalate complex issues when required.
\n
• Assist with network upgrades, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
\n
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting activities, and changes.
\n
• Coordinate with network engineers and other IT teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
