Industrial Maintenance Technician
- $28–$43/hour, depending on experience
- 5% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
- Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sundays at 2x, and holidays at 3x
- Currently averaging 50–60 hours per week

Overview
Aegis Worldwide has partnered with a heavy manufacturing facility to hire Industrial Maintenance Technicians. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping production equipment operating through electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs. Multiple shifts are available with competitive pay, significant overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Diagnose motors, sensors, VFDs, controls, and other industrial equipment

Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
Requirements
-
Previous industrial maintenance experience
-
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; 480V experience preferred

Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

PLC, robotics, automation, VFD, or CNC troubleshooting experience is a plus
-
Technical degree is helpful but not required with strong hands-on experience
Schedule
- 1st Shift:7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift:3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift:11:00 PM–7:00 AM
