About the Role
As a Maintenance Director at Onyx Care of Winnfield, you will be responsible for:

Supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facility, including routine maintenance, repairs, and capital projects

Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and standards to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency

Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and making recommendations for improvement

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities and optimal patient care
Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including apprentices, contractors, and vendors

Inspect and maintain all aspects of the facility, including buildings, equipment, and grounds

Perform routine checks on all systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance activities and facility conditions

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
