Location: Sevierville, TN 37862
Duration: 06+ Months of Contract. (With Possibility of Extension)
Shift: 8-hour night shifts, 40 hours per week (overtime may be required)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.
Job Description:
Position Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sevierville, TN.
- This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on facility equipment and building systems, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance and be able to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Maintain building infrastructure and equipment to support daily operations.
- Follow established maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with facility improvement projects as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and report issues requiring further attention.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facility, industrial, or building maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Understanding of maintenance methods, practices, and repair techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
