Pay Rate Range: $19 - $35/hr.

IT Support Specialist
\n
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. The role will support both onsite employees and remote users across multiple locations.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
Troubleshoot Mac and Windows hardware/software issues.
\n
Provide AV and conference room support, including Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, projectors, and video conferencing.
\n
Deploy and manage laptops/desktops using Jamf, NinjaOne, AirWatch, or similar MDM tools.
\n
Administer Okta, Google Workspace, and end-user applications.
\n
Manage IT support tickets and resolve user issues promptly.
\n
Maintain hardware/software inventory and update knowledge-base documentation.
\n
Collaborate with escalation teams to improve the overall end-user experience.
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
2–3+ years of experience in IT/Desktop Support.
\n
Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting skills.
\n
Hands-on AV/conference room support experience.
\n
Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, switches, and servers.
\n
Experience with Apple enterprise management/MDM tools.
\n
Familiarity with ITIL/service desk ticketing systems and Confluence.
\n
Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
\n
Ability to lift/move IT equipment weighing 50+ lbs. when required.
\n
