Parc Provence – Creve Coeur, MO
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and routine maintenance on community buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. This role supports the overall quality, appearance, and functionality of the community while delivering excellent service to residents and staff.
Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.

Assist with resident move-ins, room transfers, and furniture moves as needed.

Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas throughout all seasons.

Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and concerns.

Follow safety procedures and help maintain a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or general building maintenance.

Experience in a long-term care, senior living, or healthcare environment is preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance repairs.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday, as scheduled.
