ASI is seeking an experienced Computer and Information Systems Manager (SME) / Program Manager to lead enterprise IT support operations.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee technical teams, contract performance, and secure IT operations supporting mission-critical Army medical systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise IT operations and contract execution

• Manage technical teams and customer relationships

• Oversee program schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics

• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements

• Coordinate infrastructure, systems, networking, and service desk activities

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

What You'll Bring

Required

• Active Secret Security Clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

• 7+ years of enterprise IT leadership experience

• DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification

• Project or Program Management certification

• Two current industry IT certifications

Preferred

• Army, MEDCOM, DHA, or DISA experience

• ITIL certification

• Experience leading enterprise service desk and infrastructure operations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
