Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a key manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Site Reliability Engineer in Nashville, TN!

What you’ll do:

\n

    \n
  • Improve equipment reliability, OEE, uptime, and overall production performance
  • \n

  • Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and develop long-term solutions to recurring equipment issues
  • \n

  • Develop and optimize Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and TPM programs
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls-related issues
  • \n

  • Lead capital and engineering projects from concept through completion
  • \n

  • Analyze maintenance and production data to identify improvement opportunities
  • \n

  • Establish and track reliability and maintenance KPIs
  • \n

  • Support and provide technical leadership to maintenance teams
  • \n

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and new technology implementation
  • \n

What we’re looking for:

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • \n

  • 7+ years of reliability/maintenance experience within a high-volume production environment
  • \n

  • Strong reliability, RCFA, and equipment troubleshooting experience
  • \n

  • Capital project management experience
  • \n

  • Team/people management experience
  • \n

  • Familiarity with PLCs, automation, controls, instrumentation, AutoCAD, etc.
  • \n
