Nachi America Inc. is seeking an experienced Group Manager, Warehouse & Facilities to lead our warehouse operations and facilities management functions in Greenwood, Indiana.
\n
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing long-term strategies, improving inventory accuracy, enhancing warehouse performance, and ensuring our facilities support continued business growth. We are seeking a forward-thinking leader who can evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and overall operational performance.

What You'll Do

Operations & Continuous Improvement
\n

- Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material handling, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objectives and future growth plans.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization efforts, and operational best practices.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, workflow improvements, automation, and increased scalability.
- Analyze operational data and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.

Inventory Management

- Partner closely with the Accounting team on physical inventory counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
- Develop and maintain inventory control processes that support operational and financial objectives.
- Ensure accurate inventory reporting and compliance with company standards.

\n
Facilities Leadership
\n

- Oversee facility maintenance, building systems, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operationally effective.
- Develop long-term facility strategies that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

\n
Team Leadership

- Lead and develop warehouse and facilities leadership teams.
- Support hiring, coaching, succession planning, and employee development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Financial & Vendor Management
\n

- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance while controlling costs.

Safety & Compliance

- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity initiatives.

Qualifications
\n
Required
\n

- 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or related operational environments.
- Proven success developing and executing operational strategies that improve performance and support business growth.
- Experience leading managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
