Every roof we install protects a family. The sale is a promise. The Site Supervisor is the person who keeps it. From the morning materials land in the driveway to the final walkthrough with the homeowner, you make sure the work matches the contract, the crew meets our standard, and the homeowner never wonders what's happening on their house.

You are the homeowner's main point of contact during installation and the person our crews look to on site. You run roofing, siding, gutter, and window projects using our job start, progress, and completion checklists, hold crews accountable to quality and safety, and solve problems before they reach the homeowner.

This role is built for someone who takes pride in a clean, well-run job site, communicates without being asked, and doesn't need to be managed. Sexton has built its name in this valley since 1985 on doing the work right. You make sure we keep doing it.

HOW WE WORK
We hire for our values first. Construction skills can be taught. Character can't. These five values shape how we run every job site:

  • Do the Right Thing Always: Integrity isn't a policy. It's the standard. If something isn't right on the roof, we fix it, whether or not anyone would notice.
  • Build Meaningful Connection: With customers, with the community, with each other. Homeowners should feel cared for while we work on their home.
  • Improve Yourself and Those Around You: We invest in our people and expect them to grow. Great supervisors make their crews better.
  • Embody Empowered Responsibility: Own your work. Own the outcome. Your job sites, your crews, and your homeowners are yours.
  • Proactively Communicate: Say it before it becomes a problem. With homeowners, crews, sales, and the office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Homeowner Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners from job start through completion.
  • Walk the homeowner through what to expect before work begins, including schedule, site setup, and daily cleanup.
  • Provide clear, consistent updates so homeowners feel informed every step of the way.
  • Communicate scope changes, hidden damage, or delays directly and promptly, and document change orders before work proceeds.
  • Complete a final walkthrough with the homeowner and close out every open item.

Project Execution & Quality

  • Oversee roofing, siding, gutter, and window installations, ensuring all work matches contract specifications.
  • Review scope with the sales rep at handoff so nothing is lost between sale and installation.
  • Conduct inspections using our job start, progress, and completion checklists.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, dumpsters, and crew schedules with the production team.
  • Take ownership of quality control. Every installation meets or exceeds our standard.
  • Keep job records current in the CRM, including photos, notes, checklists, and change orders.

Crew Leadership & Safety

  • Lead subcontractor crews on site. Set the standard, assign the work, and hold crews accountable to quality and timeline.
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards on every job, including fall protection, ladder safety, and site setup.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected, including landscaping, driveways, and property.
  • Foster teamwork and accountability so crews take pride in delivering superior results.
  • Flag crew performance issues to the Production & Operations Manager early.
