We are seeking a detailed-oriented and hardworking General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in one of our facilities.
Job Duties:
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep.
- Complete maintenance projects, improvements, and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with troubleshooting and addressing facility issues.
- Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning crew responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout mall common areas and restrooms.
- Perform floor care, carpet cleaning, and carpet extraction.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Assist with general property operations and assigned projects.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
