Fritz Duda Company is a well-established commercial real estate development and management firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We own and manage shopping centers and retail properties across the Western Region, including California and Reno, Nevada.

Position Summary:
\n
We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our Newport Beach office. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for day-to-day accounting for our California and Reno shopping center portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Full-cycle property accounting, including AR/AP, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and CAM reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance reports, tenant billings, and collections.
- Manage operating budgets, real estate taxes, and insurance accruals.
- Support year-end audits and provide financial analysis to regional management.
- Collaborate with property management and corporate teams.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of shopping center / retail property accounting experience (required).
- Strong proficiency with Yardi software (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Solid knowledge of commercial real estate accounting principles.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Must be able to work onsite in Newport Beach, CA.
