Assistant Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Construction

Location: Greensboro, NC

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 + Benefits

A well-established General Contractor is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team in Greensboro.
\n
\n
The company has a strong backlog of commercial and industrial projects, giving you the opportunity to work on large, complex projects and develop your experience alongside experienced Project Managers.
\n
\n
The Role
\n
- \n
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
- Help manage schedules, budgets and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Handle RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Attend project and coordination meetings
- Assist with estimating, procurement and project close-out
- Work closely with the field team to keep projects on schedule

What They're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred
- Construction Management, Engineering or related degree is a plus
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Someone looking to build a long-term career with a GC

\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
