Job Description

The Maintenance Groundskeeper will maintain residential communities by completing scheduled work orders and supporting team-based projects. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role focuses on grounds maintenance, lawn care, tree trimming, and safe equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Maintain grounds across residential communities.
Perform lawn care and routine landscaping tasks.
Trim trees and manage related vegetation.
Operate grounds maintenance equipment.
Complete scheduled work orders.
Participate in team-based grounds projects.
Report work progress to the Facilities Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in grounds maintenance.
