We’re looking for an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent who is eager to learn, motivated to grow, and enjoys helping people. Whether you’re newly licensed or working toward your Texas real estate license, this is an opportunity to learn the business while working alongside an experienced team.
You don’t need to have everything figured out on day one. We provide the training, coaching, systems, and support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in real estate.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments provided by the team
- Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems
- Guide buyers through property tours, market education, and the home-buying process
- Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes
- Track your daily activities and performance metrics
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
- Active Texas real estate license OR actively pursuing your license and committed to completing the process
- Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships.
- Good communication skills and professional presence
- Willingness to learn and follow established systems.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with CRM or other technology tools.
