Regional (Prince George's County) full service facility maintencnace corporation specializing in custodial, grounds, and repair maintenance services is seeking full-time Operations Manager for its custodial division. Ideal candidate must have a minimum high school degree, minimum 5 years experience in leadership (lead, supervisor, mgr.), own transportation and verifiable current/recent stable employment reference(s). Starting salary @ $37,500 p/yr + vacation, holidays and auto allowance. Position also includes qualifying quarterly performance awards totalling $5,000 p/yr.
