Job Title: O365 / Intune Administrator
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent with Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 days onsite
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced O365 / Intune Administrator to manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Microsoft Intune, endpoint devices, and Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, lifecycle, restoration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, compliance policies, endpoint security, and application deployment.
- Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, SSO, and user access.
- Monitor Cloud PC performance, connectivity, and endpoint health.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, Autopilot, and endpoint diagnostics.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint security.
- Experience with device provisioning, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and Azure fundamentals.
