SALARY: $25.65/hr.
LOCATION: Forest Grove, OR
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Wed-Sat | 7:00am-6:00pm
*Rotating 12-hours shifts

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and production equipment, including plumbing, light electrical, painting, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment and facilities to identify issues, report safety concerns, and help ensure reliable plant operations.
• Support maintenance projects by coordinating with team members, vendors, and contractors while providing guidance to maintenance staff as needed.
• Follow safety policies, maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and complete additional maintenance tasks to support operational goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience performing general maintenance, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices with a commitment to following established procedures and quality standards.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift or move materials and equipment throughout the workday in an industrial environment. Candidates must be able to work safely around machinery, use maintenance tools and equipment, and perform duties in varying indoor conditions while wearing required personal protective equipment.
