Evening Dealership Cleaner– Troy, MI
- Position: Evening Dealership Cleaner
- Location: Troy, MI (Crooks Rd & W Maple Rd)
- Schedule: Monday & Thursday 8pm-11pm, Tuesday & Wednesday & Friday 6pm-9pm, Saturday 4pm-7pm
- Compensation: $15/hour
- Start Date: Immediate – Paid training provided
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to maintain a dealership facility in Troy. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, scrub, and maintain hard surface flooring throughout assigned area
- Perform trash removal, including collecting and disposing of waste materials (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Vacuum using backpack and upright vacuums
- Perform dry and wet mopping as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete assigned tasks according to cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Report any maintenance concerns or issues found during cleaning
- Secure the facility at the end of the shift by turning off lights and ensuring doors are locked
Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently complete scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trash bags and cleaning supplies
