Key Responsibilities
- Pest identification and the documentation of conditions conducive to pest harborage
- Structural pest control
- Pest proofing and sealing holes to prevent re-entry
- Application of pesticides and traps while communicating progress clearly with the customer
- Create a strategic, site-specific Integrated Pest Management program for your customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional residential and commercial pest control experience
- PA Core Certification (preferred, NOT required)
- Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, exclusion techniques, and pesticide safety practices
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a route, and complete documentation accurately.
