Cre8tive Technology & Design is seeking a Service Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping client solutions, bridging business needs with scalable service offerings and successful delivery strategies. The Service Architect plays a critical pre-sales role by designing high-value service solutions that optimize deal success, revenue realization, and project profitability. The Service Architect is responsible for pre-sales service alignment, SOW development, and service presentations. Additionally, the Service Architect will work closely with Sales and Services Teams to provide advice regarding the most appropriate implementation approach and ensure successful handoffs.

To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) required
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or Account Management
- Advanced knowledge of the effort and process for implementation to inform the nature of the Statements of Work for Implementation, Upgrade, Reimplementation and/or Company Site addition Projects
- 5+ years of experience of manufacturing systems expertise is required, Epicor or similar
- 5+ years of direct manufacturing experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Vizio, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements
