Job Summary

\n

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in On-Premises Infrastructure, API Gateway technologies, Cloud Platforms, CI/CD, and Automation. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps strategy, modernize deployment processes, manage enterprise API platforms, and support hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.

Required Skills

\n

\n
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps leadership roles.

\n

• Strong experience managing On-Premises Infrastructure (Windows/Linux Servers, Virtualization, Networking, Storage).

\n

• Hands-on experience with API Gateway .

\n

• Expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.

\n

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

\n

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration.

\n

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.

\n

• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

\n

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.

\n

• Experience with security, IAM, SSL/TLS, API security, OAuth2, JWT, and DevSecOps practices.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead enterprise DevOps initiatives and drive automation across development and operations teams.

\n

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

\n

• Manage and optimize API Gateway infrastructure and API lifecycle management.

\n

• Support and modernize on-premises infrastructure while integrating cloud-native solutions.

\n

• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.

\n

• Lead Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and container platform operations.

\n

• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies.

\n

• Mentor engineering teams and establish DevOps best practices.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Semiconductor, or Enterprise environments.

\n

• AWS/Azure/Kubernetes certifications preferred.

\n

• Experience with hybrid cloud transformation initiatives.
