Job DescriptionHiring Entry Level Test Technicians for a Server Manufacturing Company in Fremont, CA! If you enjoy troubleshooting technology, diagnosing hardware issues, and working with computer systems, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform testing and validation of servers, computer hardware, and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using established test procedures
- Configure systems, install software, and execute diagnostic tests
- Follow detailed work instructions and test process documentation
- Identify failures, perform basic rework, and retest systems as needed
- Document test results and maintain accurate production records
- Support packaging, labeling, and handling of equipment when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, IT, electronics, or related environments
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Experience using diagnostic tools or test procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow technical instructions and documentation
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Logistics
- $24.50-$28.50 depending on shift & experience
- Day & Swing shifts available!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
