Maintenance Technician
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a Highrise Condominium. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of general building maintenance and repair duties.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility, including:
- Perform light electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Assist with basic plumbing repairs
- Perform light HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Pressure wash walkways and exterior areas
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Complete routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents and staff
- Perform additional maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous building, property, apartment, hotel, or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Experience with painting and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests
- Professional and respectful demeanor when working around residents and staff
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical maintenance duties throughout the workday
