Senior Project Manager
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus
Relocation Assistance: Available / Negotiable
Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple delivery methods including CMAR, General Contracting, and Design-Build. They are actively seeking two Senior Project Managers to join their growing team in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an opportunity for a highly organized and experienced construction professional to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside a collaborative leadership team focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, and overall job profitability
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost control processes
- Resolve project challenges through strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate communication between owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on accountability and execution
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Proficiency with project management software and construction management tools
- Familiarity with contracts, project documentation, and legal/compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking skills
