About the Role:

If you enjoy seeing a project move from an idea on a screen to something people experience in the real world, this is an opportunity to learn the business behind the graphics, displays, and experiences people see at tradeshows and live events.

Olympus Group is looking for a Project Manager I to join our Las Vegas team supporting customers in the tradeshow, live events, and experiential marketing industries. Our work includes large-format printed graphics, SEG fabric, custom displays, and frame and lighting solutions that come together on show floors and at live events across the country.

As a Project Manager I, you'll work closely with Account Managers, experienced Project Managers, customers, and production teams to help turn customer orders, artwork, and specifications into finished projects. You'll learn what it takes to keep a project moving—from gathering information and entering orders to coordinating artwork, tracking production, and keeping customers informed.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys learning, staying organized, communicating with people, and being part of a team that produces something tangible. You don't need to know the print industry on day one—we'll teach you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer projects. Assist Account Managers and Project Managers with orders from order entry through production and shipment.
  • Learn the business. Develop knowledge of large-format printing, fabric graphics, SEG systems, modular frames, custom fabrication, and other Olympus Group capabilities.
  • Coordinate details. Gather project information, enter accurate orders, organize artwork, track approvals, and follow up on missing information.
  • Track projects. Monitor open orders and communicate potential issues or delays to the appropriate team members.
  • Connect the dots. Work with Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal teams to keep projects moving.
  • Communicate with customers. Provide project updates, tracking information, and other requested information.
  • Learn to solve problems. Ask questions, gather information, and work with experienced team members when something doesn't go according to plan.
  • Protect accuracy. Pay close attention to order details, artwork, specifications, quantities, and shipping information.

Skills & Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is organized, curious, dependable, and eager to learn. You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and coworkers.
  • Enjoy learning new products, processes, and computer systems.
  • Are comfortable asking questions and figuring out the next step.
  • Stay organized when priorities change and deadlines get tight.
  • Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and doing what you say you'll do.
  • Work well with a variety of teams and personalities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, project coordination, printing, manufacturing, tradeshow, convention, or event work is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus!

Core Competencies: Action Oriented • Customer Focus • Learning Agility • Organizing • Communication • Collaboration • Adaptability • Attention to Detail • Problem Solving • Follow-Through

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation and Profit Sharing
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a full range of benefits including 401(k) with matching, health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more!

Why Choose Olympus Group:

  • Career Growth: We prioritize professional development and offer opportunities for advancement within our innovative and growing company.
  • Team Spirit: Be part of a collaborative team that values your expertise and contributions to delivering outstanding results.
