Job DescriptionIndustrial Painter / Production Associate1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM — $21.04/hour 2nd Shift: Schedule TBD — $22.04/hour Overtime may be required. We are seeking an Industrial Painter / Production Associate to join a manufacturing team producing commercial doors. The primary focus of this position will be painting, with additional production responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities:

<li>Paint wood products and doors using various painting methods</li>
<li>Operate or work around paint booths and production equipment</li>
<li>Inspect products for quality and finish</li>
<li>Assist with door assembly, machining, material handling, staging, and packaging</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous painting experience preferred, including wood, residential/commercial, or industrial painting</li>
<li>Familiarity with paint booths is a plus</li>
<li>Manufacturing, woodworking, or warehouse experience is helpful</li>
<li>Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
<li>Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday</li>
