Senior Power Platform Developer
Architect and deliver complex Microsoft Power Platform business applications, owning Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, SharePoint Online, user experience, testing, and application lifecycle management.
The strongest candidate is a senior hands-on Power Platform developer who has independently taken enterprise Canvas Apps from ambiguous requirements through architecture, polished UX, deployment, support, and reusable ALM standards.

Pay Rate: $55.00-$64.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain complex Canvas Apps from data layer through user experience.
- Design responsive, accessible interfaces and reusable component patterns.
- Develop cloud flows, approvals, HTTP integrations, and connector-based automation in Power Automate.
- Design SharePoint Online lists, libraries, permissions, and information architecture.
- Write and optimize Power Fx with attention to delegation, performance, and data-source limits.
- Establish solution packaging, environment strategy, source control, deployment, and support standards.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders and convert ambiguous needs into iterative technical designs.
- Test, debug, document, and maintain apps, connectors, authentication, and data integrations.
- Integrate an existing AI bot, analyze responses, and refine prompts for reliable app behavior.
Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant application-development experience with advanced Power Platform depth.
- Advanced Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power Fx experience.
- Evidence of solution architecture, delegation/performance optimization, and enterprise ALM.
- Strong SharePoint Online administration and information-architecture experience.
- Demonstrated UI/UX judgment for responsive, accessible business applications.
- Ability to lead stakeholders and work independently in a remote cross-functional environment.
- U.S. person status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prompt engineering and evaluation of AI-generated responses.
- Microsoft Graph API and Entra ID.
- Power BI data modeling and reporting.
- JavaScript/jQuery and PnP PowerShell.
- Agile/SAFe and Jira.
- PL-200, PL-400, or related Microsoft certification.
