Position Summary
The Facilities Team Member supports the daily operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of Brennan Behavior Group clinic locations. This role is responsible for completing general handyman tasks, assisting with repairs and upkeep, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and coordinating closely with the Facilities Manager to prioritize and complete projects across multiple clinic sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and handyman duties including minor repairs, painting, furniture assembly, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with routine facility upkeep to ensure clinics remain clean, safe, functional, and professional in appearance.
- Coordinate with the Facilities Manager regarding work orders, ongoing projects, priorities, and scheduling needs across clinic locations.
- Travel between clinic sites to complete maintenance tasks and support operational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of clinic spaces and identify maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
- Support clinic openings, office moves, room setups, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain inventory of tools, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with clinic staff regarding maintenance requests and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Assist with vendor coordination and onsite support when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities support, handyman services, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Facilities Manager and clinic teams.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and supplies as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting multiple locations or clinics.
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This position involves active, hands-on work in clinic settings and may require standing, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and traveling between locations throughout the workday.
