About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our warehouse operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of equipment including printers, scanners, scales, forklifts, racks, and fixtures. This is a safety-sensitive, physically active role ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy problem-solving and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse and production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues across various equipment and fixtures.
• Build, install, and maintain production infrastructure, such as racks and custom fixtures.
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; perform calibration and soldering as required.
• Maintain and log data using CMMS, spreadsheets, and basic diagnostic tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Support fixture testing by installing sensors, solenoids, switches, etc.
• Use lifts and ladders to perform overhead work as needed.
• Collaborate with team members using Outlook, Teams, and Excel for task tracking and reporting.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 1–3 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical repair experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Proven skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, soldering, and mechanical fixture maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills – able to diagnose and resolve issues independently
• Comfortable using computers, diagnostic tools, and logging maintenance tasks
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs assisted
• Willing and able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: Associate of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology)
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Experience with CMMS or digital maintenance logs
• Basic use of labeling software (e.g., Brady Workstation, DYMO)
• Familiarity with calibration practices and production test fixtures
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts and failure diagnostics
• Excellent soldering skills and experience working with technical/mechanical drawings
